If you are a current client calling during our on-call hours, Mon-Fri 5:30-9pm and Sat-Sun 8am-9pm, the licensed professionals at Guardian will transfer you to our SWTVMC on call doctor.

If you are calling after hours, 9pm-8am, we have partnered with VetTriage to offer video telehealth services. The VetTriage veterinarians will assess your pet on a live video chat for a small fee to determine if your
pet or animal requires immediate emergency care, or provide care advice and monitoring instructions at home until we reopen. In the event of an emergency, they will coordinate your visit to the local emergency veterinary hospital. To connect now with the veterinarians on video click the button below:

If the issue is non-emergent, the technicians will help you request an appointment for the next business day.
